Expresabilidad, validez y recursos lógicos

Abstract
The aim of this paper is to investigate various limitative results about the concept of validity. In particular, I argue that higher-order logic with the standard semantics cannot be sufficiently expressive to capture its own concept of validity. Moreover, I show that the logic of transparent truth recently developed by Hartry Field leads to similar limitative results.
