Teoría de la verdad evolucionaria en Peirce
Main Article Content
Abstract
I shall expound the general lines of an evolutionary theory of truth with three main purposes: first, to show that it offers an account of Peirce’s pragmatist theory of truth, taking together convergence and correspondence; second, to evidence that it involves realist metaphysical commitments in the relation between evolution, truth, and reality; and, third, to throw light on an important aspect of the contemporary discussion about theories of truth, namely, its eminently metaphysical character.
